Correct address
Please double‑check your name, phone number, house/flat details and pin code. Delays due to incorrect address may require re‑shipping charges.
Delivery attempts
Couriers usually attempt delivery multiple times. If undelivered and returned to us, we can re‑ship after confirmation.

What is your return window?
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging intact.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes—exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item/size is unavailable, we’ll offer a store credit or refund as per eligibility.
Which items are not eligible for return?
For hygiene and safety, certain items may be non‑returnable (e.g., earrings) unless received damaged/incorrect. Product pages may note any exceptions.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
How are refunds processed?
Once the return is approved and received, refunds are processed to the original payment method (or as store credit) within 5–10 business days.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we’ll cover pickup/return shipping. For other returns, return shipping may be deducted from the refund or charged separately.
